I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use any part of the commissioned artwork for NFT, machine-learning or AI generator, blockchain.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED to trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned artwork in any form without my permission.

I DO NOT accept Bitcoin and/or Ethereum as payment.

Payments must be made 100% upfront after I have agreed to your commission.

Exceptions apply to orders amounting to 500 USD and above : payment can be divided to 50% upfront and the remaining upon completion.

Strictly NO cancellation when your request is already processed.

Full refund is ONLY available when : 1) I decide to cancel due to external circumstances. 2) There is 0% progress on said commission.

Using any parts of the drafts I provided after cancellation is strictly prohibited.

The commissioned artwork is a digital good, there will be no shipping of any physical product.

Expected delivery time is up to 60 days after the request has been accepted.

Rush order may be possible depending on my current workload and is subject to additional fee. Prior discussion is required.

No revisions for any SURPRISE ME / SKEB type commissions

2 revisions per commission for HEADSHOT and BUST UP RENDER

3 revisions per commission for GACHA SPLASH ART ILLUSTRATION

Additional revisions will be charged.

IP, design, and character belongs to the rightful owners. The illustrations' rights belong to the artist (me).

Clients are allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use, commercial use is NOT allowed unless discussed beforehand.
